Purchases:

When merchandise is available, promptly order to ensure you do not miss out on wearing the latest B.A.D. TCHR apparel. We do not guarantee idle shopping cart items will be in stock upon your decision to purchase. Provided an item(s) is out of stock, please check our online store for any viable substitutes. 

Note: Rush Processing does not manipulate shipping time. It simply suggests said order(s) would receive priority for a fee.

Processing:

Once an order(s) is received, allow for 24-72 hours processing, notwithstanding weekend and nationally observed holidays. All orders require processing apart from the time of initial order to in-hand or doorstep delivery. Following order processing, Badteacher.store will provide a tracking number delivered via email for an estimated arrival time. 

Shipping:

Continental U.S. shipping typically takes between 5-7 business days and, for international educators desirous of wearing the B.A.D. TCHR brand delivery is also available! Notwithstanding applicable shipping and handling fees. Please supply ALL pertinent and accurate information to ensure no prolonged delivery issues: First and last name, billing address, street numbers and appropriate abbreviations are vital for your immediate B.A.D. Wagon experience. It should be noted once merchandise has been processed and fulfilled, Badteacher.store will no longer be responsible for stolen, lost or misaddressed packages as we are not the leading carriers of your purchases.

Returns and Exchanges:

All returns and exchanges have seven-day livability (excluding weekends and nationally observed holidays), which becomes void after that. Additionally, those mentioned above will NOT be processed until the item(s) are received at our fulfillment center(s). Finally, purchases eligible for returns and exchanges MUST be unworn, in original packaging, and is without the smell of colognes and perfumes, air fresheners, food, cigarettes or other vices. Customers' merchandise eligible for returns or exchanges will be emailed a return label if the abovementioned is satisfied.
